Gala Annual Prize Distribution Function 2018 at

KV Pinjore

KendriyaVidyalaya GC,CRPFPinjore celebrated its Annual Prize Distribution Function on 9th May, 2018  at GCCRPF Auditorium  with immense zeal and enthusiasm. Chief Guest , Chairman VMC ,KV Pinjore - Dr PartapSingh DIGP;Guest of honour Mrs Surinderkaur and Senior officers of CRPF graced the occasion . The programme started with the lighting of ceremonial lamp .The students recited the SanskritShlokas followed by the Serene Ganesh Vandana.Mrs Pushpa Sharma,Principal presented the Annual Report(2017-18) of the Vidyalaya, highlighting the achievements in the field of academics, sports, Yoga and co-curricular activities at various levels. A Video presentation highlighted a plethora of activities being conducted for multifaceted development of all the students.The cultural programme comprised of A mesmerising Welcome dance, Socially relevant Hindi Skit and several foot tapping -Bengali ,Aerobics,Bhangraand Callisthenics Dance. The Students’ performances were graceful and got a big round of applause from one and all.The VIP guest  gave away the prizes to the meritorious students.After the prizes had been given away, the Chief Guest congratulated the entire staff and students for their unstinted efforts in upholding the KVS brand of Excellent Education.  The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Mrs ManjitKaur, Headmistress and the prestigious National Anthem .






Annual Report (2016-2017)

KVS believes in the strong relationship between Academic studies and co-curricular activities which are required in building up of a strong personality and unshakeable character of a student.

  In KV GC CRPF PINJORE we learn and teach values like Team Dynamics, Leadership, Discipline, Perseverance, etc. Our students   learn to express themselves from the core of their heart. These things boost up their self confidence and help them to be better communicators. The whole process leads them towards being better individuals ready to take up the reins of managing their country effectively.

The school year 2016-2017 was a year of warmness because of the generous support from many of our parents, teachers and staff. We have started many new projects for improving the school learning environment. To mention a few, we have installed desktop computers in every department, in the staff room, Arts room,  Maths Lab, Geography lab and all science labs ,10 Interactive Boards and Visualisers are installed in all Board Classes and in all Labs, resource rooms ,Art Room ,Library etc Besides, our school library has been renovated and now our students like to gather there for silent reading and studies. Today, if you have time to walk around our school campus, you will be surprised to see that we have adequate rooms and places catering for the different needs of our students like ramps for differently abled students  a more effective teaching and learning culture have been nurtured and a more caring approach to help the all round  development of our students has been in progress.

GC CRPF PINJORE was established in 1997 with the meager strength of 87 students and now this year we have a   953 students and 49 staff members who are earnestly and whole heartedly working for the betterment of Vidyalaya. At KVCRPF PINJORE we are tremendously proud of our tradition of excellence in education.


With strong and stable leadership at its helm .K.V.C.R.P.F  PINJORE forges ahead under  the guidance of Principal Pushpa Sharma .The year 2016 -2017 was marked with series of changes to create a compelling vision which was translated into constitution of many new action plans and new committees were created. These committees are

·         Student’s council   created with a fabulous investiture ceremony which started with lamp lighting symbolizing the light of truth and justice needed by all the office bearers to carry out the duties entrusted to them.

·         Two days of the week are allotted for Sanskrit Prayer .Now prayer song is also sung in Sanskrit .Staff and Students are very enthusiastic and are effortlessly learning this vedic language.

·         With the poignant efforts of Mrs Sunita Bhama,Mrs Nishi Nanda  Mr  Sanjay PGT Maths and Mr Surinder PGT Physics our vidyalaya was selected by CBSE for Nodal Centre and Mrs Sunita Bhama,Mrs Nishi Nanda  and Mrs Vandana Sharma had effectively and diligently performed their duties as Head Examiners.

·         Under the flagship programme of Pradhan  mantri Jan Dhan Yojana many students opened their accounts.

·         A Very qualified and talented Nurse and Counselor are appointed for the safe and fortified learning of our students.

This year result was remarkable with classes I to X having 100 percent pass percentage .Result was good both quantatively as well as qualitatively also with nearly 150 students with A1 grades. Class XII result for the session (2015-2016) was 98%.

 Math’s had highest performance Index  in the entire region where as result in Science and Commerce stream was hundred percent with nearly 15 %  students scoring 90 percent marks in major subjects .

 IN the field of SOCIAL SCIENCE under the able guidance of Ms Anshu Sharma

 Daman dance got the third position and Group song got   First position at cluster level. Pallavi of class X bagged first position in Hindi poetry recitation at Regional Social Science Exhibition. Eight project files, three maps and two masks are selected at regional level for National Social Science Exhibition.  Manish of class XII won cluster level and Regional Social Science Debate competitions and reached the prestigious National Social Science Exhibition along with Pallavi and Aishwarya of class VII where their performances  were commendable.

Vidyalaya brought laurels wherever it went for participation . In this winning spree Our Principal mam is the role model she was invited to attend a workshop organized by NCERT for Principals and Educationists in Shivalik View hotel. In the Quiz competition held for the Educationists Our Principal got First Position.


KVCRPF followed the dictums of charity, empathy and service of poor and needy .Our students and staff members helped whole heartedly and collected donations for Smile Foundation working for cancer patients.




Children under the guidance, leadership and support of Ms Anshu Sharma , Mr Sanjay Kumar (TGT) and Mr Surinder (TGT) participated in rallies and events  to raise awareness and sensitize the people of nearby areas about the cleanliness campaign initiated by honourable Prime Minister of India .Their street plays were a hit with local populace .Not only this our teachers and students cleaned the whole area .

Among all professions, those in teaching stand tall. A teacher instills moral thought and teaches his/her students the best ways and means to flourish in their lives ahead. Be it Annual Function or farewell party or any other event in vidyalaya Mrs  Beena Joshi was the person responsible for the beautification of school campus and display boards.


Availaibility of entire school data for Shaladarpan was herculean task along with Collection of Vidyalaya fee by UBI portal was a challenging task successfully completed by Mrs Rajni Arora . Mr Dharampal Choudhary and Mr Rampal effectively worked upon the changes and work in office.

Students of our school participated in Mango festival held in historical Pinjore Garden .Navika of class VIII stood 2nd in the Solo Dance category whereas Kushaal of XI A and Dikshit of IX B stood 3rd in the state level face painting competition .



Last year 52 students participated in youth Parliament under the guidance of Principal and Mr Sanjay TGT( SSt)  and bagged 3rd position in Chandigarh Region .


Yado Karo Kurbani (celebrations of 70 years of Indian Independence).

              Events like Kavvya Path, Bhasha Prasnotri , storytelling ,Group song, Essay competitions and Greeting card making were highlights of this mega celebration .

Swasth Bharat Swasth Bacche

   A project from Prime Minister Office was dedicatedly completed by Mr Anup Saha ( PET)

with the help of class teachers data was entered. Physical Fitness and stamina of students was tested with the help of sports and fitness test prescribed by the Sangathan.


The education engages the natural development of each child .The rich and varied curriculum, activities and competitions discovers the dynamic personality in our students. For  this many competitions were organized and excellently executed by Mrs Promila, Mr Surinder Kumar , Mrs Sunita Jolly, Mrs Sheela Pathania ,Mrs Anju Manju Pankaj, Mrs Rajanand  and Mrs Deepika.


Every occasion’s success counted upon Mrs Meenu ,Mrs Renu Batra, Ms Lallita, Mrs Renu Dutta ,Mrs Madhu Vig  who passionately and amagingly handled the admin as well as cultural domain of events like Sports Meets ,Cultural  Meets and other Functions of school.


Gusto and Sportsmanship spirit marked all the sports events held this year. In Regional Level sports meet all our students emanated energy and enthusiasm 101 students participated in this meet. Sandeep of class X A won Gold Medal in Chess under 17 in Regional Sports Meet .Hitesh won bronze medal in the same event. Ali Mohammad  ,Amandeep Singh, Sudhanshu, Rajkumar and Durgesh were selected for Nationals in Handball were gold medalist by winnin the Regional sports meet. Sushmita of class XI also bagged Gold in Regional Taekwondo. Ashish  participated in National Sports Meet held in Chennai for Cricket and  brought laurels to KVCRPF Pinjore. Ashish also received a cash prize of  Rs 2000 and Bronze Medal for his outstanding performance . Akash Kumar Saha in his tender age was able to register his success when he was selected in Baichung Bhutia Club for I League Football. Sushmita won silver medal in Indian Women Olympics Association Taekwondo tournament. Anshikha, Jyoti and Mehak were selected for Nationals and played for Chandigarh Region. Divisha And Uma of IX A won silver and bronze medal in Chess.  In KVS National Sports meet 15 students were selected for representing Chandigarh Region.


This year was great year for Scout and Guide Movement in school as Mr Sarda Nand Jha received Regional Level Award and recognition for his endeavours. Mrs Joginder Kaur attended Jamoree a national event of Scout and Guides and attended a Master Course.


Sound forward planning of Sharda Nand Jha and prudent management of Mrs Bertha Bara Mrs Sunita Jolly,Mrs Mukta Sharma, Mr Amit Kumar and Mrs Reeta was responsible for a v successful completion Dwitya Sopan and Pratham Sopan testing Camps in school.


Good teacher are equal to successful students. KVS inspire, develop and support teachers .This year 05 teachers attended 21 days in service course  and added one more feather in their professional growth. Four teachers had undergone Scout and Guide basic training in Ambala . Mrs Nishi Nanda was deputed as resource person in a prestigious Inter Regional Workshop of  Biology . Mrs  Joginder Kaur attended Pre-Adult Leader Course, a course specially designed to train master Guiders and Scouters . Mr. Surinder Kumar TGT Hindi and Mrs. Manjeet Kaur participated in workshop on Back To Basics. At Vidyalaya level Mrs. Shashi Bala conducted many workshops for the staff member’s.

Mr. Harmesh Kumar hardworking and diligent staff retired after successfully completing 60 years of service in KVS.
